Over a decade of growth, passion and innovation – that’s what we’re celebrating at Jigsaw this September as Jigsaw turns 11. But for those who don’t know us yet, let’s start with the basics. 

Hello 👋 we’re Jigsaw Business Solutions. 

We’re experts in gift cards – launching, managing, and growing gift card programs for some of the biggest brands in the world. Our team brings their passion to work every day, driven by a shared goal: helping retailers unlock the full potential of their gift card programs.

Our mission is simple: maximise sales and revenue for our brands by ensuring their gift cards are in every possible channel and using the best technology to connect with more customers and build lasting loyalty. 

From humble beginnings in 2013 as a two-person team, we’ve now grown into a thriving part of Tillo, with over 100 colleagues and a global impact. 

But how did we get here, we hear you ask? 

Looking back – the road so far

From the very start, Jigsaw set out to fill a gap in the market, determined to become the go-to partner for retailers looking to launch and manage world-class gift card programs.

When we pitched to new brands, we didn’t just show up – we stood out. Competing against industry giants and winning clients like Costa, Nike, ASOS, and Hotels.com. As we grew, so did our team, united by the belief that no challenge was too big or too small.

From day one, we knew gift cards were the future. We were ahead of the curve, showing retailers how a well-managed gift card program could boost their sales, build loyalty, and unlock new markets – even internationally.
