Full Programme Management
Customer service, operations and fulfilment
Our Operations team are ready to support you with order fulfilment and processing, day-to-day operations and customer support - from balance transfers, transaction history and redemption issues to queries on expiry dates, debit card or credit card transactions and worn-off card numbers or PIN’s on physical gift cards.
Finance, data and reporting
Our Finance team take care of invoicing, credit limit management, debt chasing and partner finance queries. We also supply weekly and monthly sales reports to enable you to track performance closely and demonstrate the effectiveness of the programme to your key stakeholders.
Project Management
At Jigsaw we have a dedicated Projects team to make sure that new product launches run smoothly from start to finish. A typical project might be building an e-commerce website, printing physical gift cards, or integrating with a third party via API to allow partners real-time access to your gift card. We also deliver more tailored solutions, such as platforms for balance checks and balance merge, or issuing replacement e-gift cards.
Jigsaw 360 processor
A gift card processor is like a big database, that stores and keeps track of gift card numbers and associated PIN’s securely. It can generate gift card numbers if they need to be printed onto physical cards or issue a unique gift card number and PIN when a digital gift card is requested by a customer or a business. It also needs to talk to your payment gateway so that gift cards can be accepted at checkout, and the balance needs to be adjusted – up or down if funds are added or the gift card is spent. Just like the Jigsaw team, our processor - Jigsaw360, is friendly and talks to just about all distributors and aggregators globally in real-time so we can get gift cards into customers’ hands quickly and easily.
B2B Sales & Partner Management
Our Partnerships team makes sure that our partners have your gift cards at their fingertips and front of mind for campaigns and opportunities. Our Business Development & Marketing team are constantly networking and generating new leads to grow your sales pipeline, as well as shouting about your products to our network and community.
Third-party/Mall Management
Jigsaw works with all the major third-party mall providers to sell gift cards in newsagents, supermarkets or other retail locations. We negotiate with them so that our retailers’ gift cards can be merchandised on “pegs” (or hangers) in-store, or sold on their websites. Once the product is live, Jigsaw supports everything from stock to planning and implementing promotions, and sales reporting.
E-commerce Services
Selling gift cards directly from your website is a must to ensure customer satisfaction and accessibility. Our e-commerce services can be simple or have all the bells and whistles. The most important thing is that it looks and feels like your brand and suits the needs of your customers. We work with your design team and tailor each site so no one will know you’ve had a little help from Jigsaw. We manage fraud very carefully and take all the risk so that you don’t have to.
International Expansion
You may already trade overseas but haven’t launched your gift cards there yet. Our Business Development team can do some research and show you what the potential looks like before you take the leap. If it feels right for your business, then we’ll get you live and help like always.

Retailers can issue their own gift cards anytime for customer reward or compensation, or partners can place their own bulk orders when it suits them. Channel Management

Selling to Employee Benefit Providers, Reward & Recognition Suppliers, Gifting Malls and many more. This channel includes selling to large distributors and aggregators who sell physical gift cards and digital gift cards to other businesses across multiple sectors.
Third-Party Malls
Selling gift cards into physical and digital stores, including large grocery players such as Sainsbury, Argos or Kroger and online retailers such as Amazon. We support everything from negotiating the number of pegs your cards occupy to guidance on stand-out gift card designs.
Direct to Customer (D2C)
Selling directly to your end customers through your website, using our e-commerce services. These services unlock onsite promotions, a smooth checkout experience for your users and multiple payment options. We also advise on marketing campaigns and social media activity to drive engagement.
Multi-choice and Campaigns
